Special Note:  - If you have a spam blocker installed (I agree on the need for these!!) it is up to you to make the necessary changes to allow these update notices to get through. I will not attempt to go through the steps to get through installed spam blockers.  If your email address gets kicked back to me I will delete it from my list.

There are also many viruses on the loose that hijack email addresses.  I know that mine has been hijacked several times. I will NEVER send a message out to people on my lists with attachments.  If you receive a note with an attachment addressed as coming from me delete it and do not open the attachment.
