Herb and Monica Obodda tipped me off to this story.  This special quartz handle screw driver was placed in the case by Johannes Keilmann to commemorate an event which took place back in the early 1980s.   Johannes nearly broke a young Joel Bartsch in half with a tackle when he saw Joel using a screw driver to open a case in the special display area.  It turns out that Joel had mixed up labels with two specimens and wanted to correct his error before the rest of the world saw it.   Johannes did not know Joel at the time and broad sided him exclaiming "You are giving everyone the key to these special cases".  After all one only needed a screw driver to open the cases and Joel was showing everyone how to do it.  Johannes ultimately let Joel go but when Joel returned to Herb's booth he returned without the screwdriver...and a red faced tale that I am sure he remembers quite vividly.
