The mug shots below are taken of me on March 23, 1997 and December 17, 2006 respectively. Hmmm... I am a little concerned and worried about how the rock is aging... In both pictures I am holding one of my favorite "keeper" specimens. It is a large matrix piece of crossite and natrolite with numerous large Benitoite and Neptunite crystals that I self collected in December of 1986. How can you not smile holding a chunk of earth like that?!? The next picture is one of Colleen (my wife since 1985) and me taken at my 20 year high school reunion in 1995 while I was sporting a mustache. Colleen's full name is Colleen O'Sullivan - no way we were going to wreck a great Irish name like that with my Flemish/Dutch last name of Veevaert...
